Woman Shot to Death by Husband
Debria Andrews, 46, shot to death by her estranged husband, Bruce Andrews, 50, who shot her twice with a 9 mm handgun as he chased her for about half a block down the street. They were in the process of divorce, and she had gone to his home on a Sunday morning to remove some personal items from the house. He then shot himself. Both deaths occurred on a public street. It happened in St. Paul, Indiana.(I really struggled to find information on this horrible event....I will keep looking though. Any help is appreciated.)
My buddy who lives in St. Paul said she was hanging over a fence in a neighbor's backyard for the longest time as everyone waited for popo to finish their investigation. He said she looked like a pig at a Hawaiian luau, just hanging there on a roaster. Hope that helps your investigation?
